Lakshmi Narayana H.R.’s formative years were spent in Nandyala, near the Nallamala Forest, where he learned tribal medicine and Ayurveda from the Chenchus and other local tribes. His deep knowledge is captured in his book on edible plants and their medicinal values. His dedication to studying medicinal plants has taken him to forests such as Bhadra Reserve Forest, Chhattisgarh Forest, Kerala Forests and Nallamala Forest.
With a legacy of Ayurvedic practice inherited from his grandfather, a renowned Ayurvedic practitioner, Lakshmi Narayana H.R. developed a keen interest in cosmetic Ayurveda. Recognizing the benefits of herbal cosmetics, he began crafting them in small quantities and sharing them with close acquaintances, receiving excellent feedback.
